Why white-glove

What "we handle everything" actually means.

Seven promises, in plain language - and the specifics behind each one, because a promise without specifics is just a slogan.

01

One accountable team, from idea to keys

Most projects fail in the handoffs - designer to engineer to permit runner to builder, each pointing at the other. Here there is no handoff: the team that designs your concept carries feasibility, permits, incentives, and construction under one roof, with one point of contact who answers. When something needs solving, nobody has to find out whose problem it is. It's ours.

02

See it before you spend

The traditional path asks you to pay for drawings before you know what the project looks or costs like. We invert that: design concepts of your actual home, in your style, with an honest price band - free, with California slots taken in waitlist order. When you move forward, the design agreement is credited toward your build, so design never becomes a sunk cost you're afraid to walk away from.

03

Feasibility before heartbreak

Hillside ordinances. Coastal review. Historic overlays. HOA exterior controls. The most expensive mistake in residential construction is falling in love with a plan you were never allowed to build. Our free feasibility check gives a preliminary read of your city's overlays and your HOA's process before anyone draws anything - full guidelines confirmed with your association - including the California laws that limit what an HOA can refuse.

04

The money you'd never chase

Utility rebates, heat-pump programs, battery incentives, disaster-recovery funds - every program has its own forms, waitlists, and fine print, and almost nobody files for everything they qualify for. On our projects, finding and filing every one you qualify for is simply included - and when a program is closed or waitlisted, we say so before you plan around it.

05

Permits without the line

We prepare the permit package, submit it, answer corrections, and carry your HOA's architectural-review submittal alongside it. You never stand in a city line, decode a corrections letter, or discover a resubmittal deadline the hard way. Where a jurisdiction is unpredictable, we say that instead of guessing.

06

A build with manners

A weekly photo-and-video update, a single point of contact, and a phone that’s answered 8am-8pm, every day. White-glove isn’t marble in the brochure - it’s never wondering what happened on your project this week.

07

Aftercare that calls you

The relationship doesn't end at the walkthrough. Our aftercare program schedules a 30-day visit and an 11-month walkthrough before your one-year workmanship window closes - we call you, not the other way around.

Questions we get every week

What do the free design concepts cost?

Nothing, and there's no obligation. California design-concept slots are waitlist-only today - we take projects on in order. If you continue, the design agreement is credited toward your construction contract.

How fast do I hear back?

Fast. Phones are answered 8am-8pm every day, a real person calls back quickly, and quotes keep moving - you always know where things stand.

Do you work with my HOA?

Yes - the free feasibility check gives a preliminary read of your HOA's process and where California law overrides it (solar rights, ADU protections), with full guidelines confirmed with your association - and if you build with us we prepare and carry the architectural-review submittal itself.

Where do you work?

Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

Who does the design work?

Concepts are developed with our design partner, designer Mykola “Nick” Pshegodskyy of GodSky Design. Where the law requires it, licensed design professionals prepare or review the buildable plans once your project moves forward.

Who stands behind the work?

Named principals - Leonid Pshegodskyy and Svitlana Pshegodska - with advisory builders Pavel and Yuriy Matyash. Every commitment we make is written into your agreement, and licensing and insurance details are documented there in plain language.
