The 30-day visit
A month after move-in, we come back - to check settling, adjust doors and hardware, and catch the small things while they're small. Scheduled by us, not requested by you.
The 11-month walkthrough
Before your one-year workmanship window closes, we walk the home top to bottom with you and document anything that needs attention - so the warranty works the way it was supposed to.
A documented home record
Finishes, materials, paint codes, equipment models, and the punch history - one organized record handed to you, useful for years of ownership.
The same phone that answered before
Support doesn't end at closeout - the line is answered 8am-8pm, every day. If something's wrong with our work, you call the number you already know.
Aftercare is included with D'Well residential builds; the visit schedule and workmanship terms are set out plainly in your written agreement - like everything else we promise.
